Join us to celebrate the Spring Equinox

As we step out of the cold and transition into the light and new beginnings of spring, let’s take a sacred pause to rest, restore, and reflect on all the possibilities it can bring. Together we will go on a journey to reawaken our minds and bodies, reflect on what we learned over winter and plant seeds of things to come.

The evening will begin by sharing a warm cup of Sunshine tea, a bright herbal tea designed to boost creativity while keeping us grounded, followed by a gentle and restorative yoga practice to reawaken our mind and body and tap into our creative center. Moving into guided meditation and intentional journaling, offering space to reflect, integrate, and sow seeds of intention. We will close by planting seeds to start our very own Sunshine tea garden. This deeply restorative evening is perfect for all skill levels and walks of life.

Bring your yoga mat, journal and pen, mug for tea and an open mind.

I’m focused on staying connected and growing our community.

I’ll be continuing to host workshops at InHarmony Yoga, and I’m also excited to explore new opportunities to meet people and collaborate.

If you’re part of a yoga studio, wellness space, or community group that feels aligned with this work, I’d love to connect and explore what’s possible together. I’m also available to meet for one-on-one consults, or just to nerd out over plants and herbalism.

what is herbalism?

Herbalism is the use of plants or plant-based preparations as an integrative medicine to improve health, prevent illness, or treat disease by combining conventional and natural approaches to care.

For centuries people relied on the power of plants in their healing practices. Over time the era of faster - stronger took control of our bodies and our minds through convenience foods and overuse of pharmaceutical medication, erasing the knowledge of natural ways that had been passed down for generations.

At Wildling, we have a deep connection to plants and their gentle wisdom. We have made it our mission to bring natural healing back to life and to make it accessible to all.
